Artist, German, 1867 - 1945

The image shows three figures drawn in a rough and sketchy style. Two adults and a child are depicted, wearing dark clothing. The figure on the left leans forward, their head mostly covered by light-colored hair. The figure on the right has closely cropped dark hair and strong facial lines. Between them, a child stands with a visible face, soft features, short hair, and eyes looking forward. The shading gives depth to the image, and the background features rough, dark textures that blend with the figures.
