This print shows the upper body of a person surrounded by outstretched hands. The central person appears to be slumping forward, their head turned slightly to the right. Their face is skull-like, with deeply-set closed eyes, pronounced cheekbones, a wrinkled brow, and an open, downturned mouth. Their hair is short and dark, and they seem to wear a garment that is open at the front to reveal sharp collarbones. To the left and right, two sets of hands reach towards them, hovering around their shoulders. Thin black lines weave around these hands. The background is plain beige paper.
