The image shows a gap between two tall buildings blocking the view of the horizon. In between the buildings, a vintage car is parked next to a wall with a sign that reads "PRIVATE PARKING LOANS ONLY." A man in a uniform is walking on the sidewalk, with road markings visible nearby. A lamp post with a sign for "MONTHLY RATES" is on the left side of the image. The scene is captured in black and white, and the number "414" is handwritten on the top right corner.
