The image depicts a snowy urban scene from an elevated viewpoint. There are buildings with tiled roofs partially covered in snow. The top of the buildings creates a horizontal line across the composition. The words "VOTEZ 2" are painted on a building wall. Below, a figure in dark clothing walks on a snow-covered, patterned cobblestone surface. The image is in black and white, creating high contrast between the snowy surfaces and darker elements.
