The image shows a street scene with wide, stone steps leading to rustic buildings. The viewpoint is from the base of the stairs, highlighting the incline towards the rooftops and distant structures. To the left, there is a wall made of large stones leading to stuccoed walls with windows and details. The stairs are paved with cut stone, showing wear and texture. The color scheme is warm sepia. Two figures can be seen walking up the stairs, adding life and scale. Sunlight creates contrasts and shadows.
