The sculpture depicts a seated woman with her hands resting on her lap. She is dressed in a flowing dress and a bonnet. The sculpture appears to be made of a dark material, possibly bronze, giving it an aged appearance. It is mounted on a stone pedestal within a circular enclosure surrounded by ornate stone fencing. The sculpture is elevated on a landscaped platform overlooking a street scene with residential buildings and trees.
