The image is an engraving of a seated woman holding two children. The woman is barefoot and wearing a cloth around her lower half. One child is partially covered with a cloth, while the other is unclothed. An angelic figure with wings holds a ring above them. To the right, there is a decorative urn with "CARITAS" inscribed on a ribbon above it. The background shows a patterned wall and a curtain.
