This is a photograph of a group of children gathered around a cart. The children are interacting with the cart, which appears to be tipped or being pushed. They are wearing casual clothing typical of past mid-century styles. An adult figure in dark clothing is also present, holding onto the cart. The background includes trees and a building with wooden walls.
