The image shows an engraving of a seated woman and a small child. The woman is turned slightly to her right with her head tilted forward, hands clasped in front of her. Her eyes are closed or looking downwards, with smooth hair and a draped headdress. She is dressed in layered garments and a mantle on her shoulders. The child, sitting on a platform to the left, has curly hair and holds an object. Both figures have halos around their heads. The background features a curtain or drapery.
