This is an engraving of a bust-length portrait of a man. The man is facing slightly to the left, with his body turned towards the viewer and his gaze directed at them. He has long, slightly wavy hair and wears a skullcap. His facial features include a prominent nose and a slightly serious expression. He wears a robe with a large collar and a chain with a large cross pendant around his neck. The portrait is framed with an intricate border featuring oak leaves and acorns, and a coat of arms with ornate design elements is in the lower part of the frame. The background of the portrait is textured with fine lines.
