This print is a portrait of a man from the chest up within an oval frame. The man has a round, pale face with a small mustache and goatee. His face is slightly turned to the right, but he looks directly at us. His hair is dark, short, and combed back, with a prominent widow's peak in the center of his forehead. He wears a garment that appears to be made of thick, draped fabric or fur that is wrapped around his chest and shoulders, with a high collar peeking out around his neck. The background is plain, with small inscriptions at the corners on top of off-white paper.
