The image depicts the upper body of a man, showing his face and shoulders. He is positioned within an oval frame. The man has a full head of hair styled in waves and curls, framing his face, alongside a mustache and a small patch of hair on his chin. His attire consists of a patterned garment with large decorative buttons. The garment features a wide collar resting over his shoulders. Outside of the oval border encasing the man's portrait, there is handwriting in each corner of the image, including: "Eques Pier da Pesaro," "francesco Pauli Secretario," "Eques Octauius Leonus," and "Roman' Pictor fecit."
