This is a drawing of an 18th-century tavern interior. The large room is filled with tables and benches, with groups enjoying food and drink. Above them on the wall, there are childish sketches and writing. To the right, there is a large fireplace with kitchen utensils hanging above. A group of individuals is gathered around a serving table, while others are engaged in an activity in a corner. The lower section features an ornate medallion with the profile of a man wearing a hat, labeled "Jean Ramponaux," surrounded by French text.
