The image shows a nighttime cityscape across a river. Urban buildings with dim lights line the horizon, with a tall, bright structure dominating the right side. A bridge with small lights runs over the water, creating a curve that reflects the lights. The scene has a soft, hazy atmosphere with a dark color palette, occasional bright spots from artificial lights, and silhouetted trees by the riverbank.
