This print shows a detailed rendering of a large building seen from a street-level perspective. The building has large arched openings at the bottom that appear to be flanked by statues. It is very tall, with a flat roof, ornate carvings, and what appear to be long columns or windows. On the street below, large crowds of people walk by; they appear tiny compared to the building. There are carriages or cars out in front of the building, and a trolly passes by on the street. On the other side of the street, on the right side of the print, there are tall trees and streetlamps. A cloudy sky is overhead. The color palate is monochromatic, with light gray lines on white paper.
