The image shows the Statue of Liberty positioned slightly to the left, with the city skyline in the distance. The horizon line is low, just above the water. The drawing uses light pencil strokes that give a sketch-like quality, creating movement and texture in the sky and water. The color palette is monochromatic, using varying shades of gray to convey depth and detail.
