The image displays a city skyline from a slanted perspective. A skyscraper stands prominently in the center, with intricate detailing and many windows leading up to its ornate rooftop. The horizon isn't visible as the buildings rise above it, some structures partially obstructing the view. The textured surface is created with pencil lines, adding depth. The color palette consists of shades of gray and black for the buildings and shadows. Close by, there are clusters of what appears to be construction materials and a small crowd. To the right, a classical-style building with columns contrasts the modern skyscrapers.
