Biography

The artist was a bronze caster and a medalist whose only authenticated work is a medal portraying Federigo da Montefeltro (NGA 1957.14.693.a,b) of 1468. A suite of bronze medallions in the Museo Oliveriano, Pesaro, with scenes from the life of Federigo, has been attributed to Clemente. One of the bronzes is dated 1467.
