    The view of the tugboat deck from a slightly elevated position shows the city skyline meeting the sky in the upper third of the image. Smoke rises from the ship and merges with the sky. The style of the artwork features detailed and textured brushstrokes, conveying movement and depth to the smoke and water. The color palette is monochromatic with shades of black, grey, and white, creating a moody atmosphere. Closest is the boat's hull and a man carrying bags on stairs, with other vessels and buildings visible in the background, enhancing the industrial vibe.
