    This is a sepia-toned photograph featuring a collage of approximately 70 individual portrait ovals arranged in six rows. Each portrait shows only the upper body of a person, from the shoulders up, with individuals positioned facing the camera. The facial features depict a diverse group of young men and women with various hairstyles typical of the early 20th century. Women are seen wearing high-collared, long-sleeved blouses, some with decorative pins, while men wear high-buttoned jackets or shirts, some with ties or bow ties. A fabric banner at the top of the collage displays the phrase "THE LIFE THAT COUNTS IS THE LIFE THAT SERVES" along with the numbers '14' and '09.' The background is plain and consistent, focusing on the uniformity and arrangement of the portraits within a cream border, set against a darker textured outer frame or mount.
