    This is a painting of a group of figures in a dynamic and dramatic scene. The central part of the image is dominated by three figures. The painting shows two individuals raising large stones as if they are about to throw them, and another figure is kneeling or falling. The colors in the painting are soft and muted, with tones of pink, blue, and earth tones used to portray the figures. On the right side, a group of other figures are seated or standing, observing the event. They are dressed in flowing garments, and their expressions convey focus and concern. The background includes architectural elements and trees, suggesting an outdoor setting. The style of the painting emphasizes muscular human forms and expression, reminiscent of Mannerist art.
