The image shows a rocky coastal landscape covered entirely with a large expanse of fabric. The view is from a low angle, looking up towards the cliffs with the horizon high in the image. The cliffs appear smooth and flowing due to the light beige fabric draped over them. Three small human figures are seen near the top of the cliffs, providing a sense of scale. The water reflects the sky's blue and the fabric's tones. The sky is partially cloudy with shades of blue and white. The overall color palette is neutral with earthy browns and blues.

The building's grand architecture and intricate details suggest a historical or governmental structure. The scene includes a crowd of onlookers surrounding the sculpture, which dominates the space. Brightly dressed people stand in the foreground, contrasting with the silver fabric and blue sky.
