Biography

Juliette Pierpont Hamilton was the third and last surviving (not the youngest) child of J. Pierpont Morgan, Sr. She married William Pierson Hamilton, but was divorced in 1924. At that time, her trust fund from her father's will was valued at $3,000,000. Mrs. Hamilton took active part in the various charities directed by her younger sister [d. January 1952], Anne Morgan. Her children were: Mrs. Helen H. Woods of Washington, DC, Brig. Gen. Pierpont M. Hamilton of Santa Barbara, CA, Laurens M. Hamilton of The Plains, VA, and Alexander Hamilton of Tuxedo Park, NY.
