This painting shows a bustling narrow street. Tall tenements are on either side in shades of red and brown. Fire escapes and clothing hang from the sides of the buildings. The street below is covered in white snow. A couple in coats stands among other passersby, and horse-drawn cart is pulled down the street. In the background, the buildings converge at the end of the long street below an icy blue sky.

This painting depicts the upper half of a seated young woman who is facing forward. She has fair skin, pale eyebrows, gray eyes, and thin lips in a neutral expression. The right side of her face is partially in shadow. Her light brown hair is styled up with a blue ribbon and pearl ornaments. She wears a black dress with lace detailing, a red gem, and pearl strands at the neckline. The dress also features blue slits in the arms, blue bows at each elbow, and lace cuffs at the end of the long sleeves. She wears a pearl necklace with a blue bow in the back and holds a small white dog on her lap. The background is dark brown, with a vertical strip of lighter brown on the right.

The image shows an abstract representation of a person in a reclining position. The person is depicted lying down with their body facing slightly to the side, capturing most of the body from head to toe in an elongated form. The facial features are not prominently detailed, and the hair appears sketchy and loosely formed. The clothing blends with the lines and shapes contouring the body's form, suggesting an organic flow. The setting around the person is abstract, consisting of swirling lines and shaded areas that give a textured, ethereal appearance to the environment, suggesting a surface like a bed or couch. There are no visible pieces of jewelry or objects held by the figure. The background is characterized by a smudged and blurred effect, adding to the abstract and impressionistic nature of the image.

The image shows a scene with human figures, structures, and a horse-drawn cart. The viewpoint is slightly elevated, providing a clear view of the surroundings. There is a house with a red roof in the center, surrounded by some winter trees. The brushstrokes are loose and sketchy, with a focus on capturing the scene's essence. The color palette consists of warm and cool tones, creating a soft yet vivid look. Closest to us, two figures stand side by side on the left, depicted in soft splashes of color. In the background, the scene fades into less defined outlines and subtle colors.
