Provenance

Commissioned 1967 by the Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington;[1] acquired 2014 by the National Gallery of Art.

[1] The relief was cast from the Corcoran's plaster relief, now NGA 2014.136.258, at the Bedi-Rassy Art Foundry in New York.
