This is a drawing of a monster figure eating a planet-like object. The image shows a purplish creature with wide, yellow eyes and a gaping mouth filled with sharp teeth. Its head resembles city buildings. The monster has long arms reaching towards a cracked green sphere leaking substance. The background is deep blue with a hint of turbulence. The drawing is framed with a red border, and the text "SLOW DEATH FUNNIES" is visible at the top.
