The image shows an ornate building with a central dome-like roof structure. The horizon is low, and the edges of nearby rooftops are visible above eye level. The brushstrokes are soft, creating a watercolor effect. The color palette consists of muted earth tones, such as browns, creams, and reds, with a cloudy sky in shades of gray and lavender. Vegetation with green and reddish-brown leaves frames the bottom of the image.
