Overview: 79 paintings, prints, and drawings by the American artist Albert Bierstadt were organized by the Brooklyn Museum in association with the National Gallery. Linda S. Ferber, chief curator and curator of American painting and sculpture at the Brooklyn Museum, and Nancy K. Anderson, assistant curator of American painting at the National Gallery of Art, were the exhibition curators.

Organization: Gaillard Ravenel and Mark Leithauser designed the exhibition, and Gordon Anson designed the lighting.
