The West Building, the East Building, and Sculpture Garden at the National Gallery of Art are now open.
Located along Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues NW between 3rd and 9th Streets, the National Gallery of Art is free to all visitors and open seven days a week.
The West Building, the East Building, and Sculpture Garden are open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, no timed passes required.
Admission is always free.
All visitors ages 2 and up, regardless of vaccination, are required to wear masks indoors. Masks are not required in the outdoor Sculpture Garden, except inside the Pavilion Café.
Learn about ways to get to our campus on the National Mall between 3rd and 9th Streets NW. Parking is limited, so we strongly encourage you to arrive by metro, bus, bike, or other forms of public transportation.
The National Gallery currently offers four dining experiences across our campus. Enjoy La Colombe draft lattes in the Garden Café; handcrafted gelato in the Espresso & Gelato Bar; grilled items in the Cascade Café; and a full menu of homemade sandwiches, salads, and more at the Sculpture Garden's Pavilion Café.
