Located along Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenues NW between 3rd and 9th Streets, the National Gallery of Art is free to all visitors and open seven days a week.

Gallery Hours
Monday–Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Sculpture Garden Hours
Through May 25, 2020 (weather permitting)
Monday–Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

The Gallery is closed December 25 and January 1.

Located in Washington, DC, on the National Mall a short distance from the US Capitol, our campus stretches six blocks, from 3rd to 9th Streets NW, and is easily reached by metro, bus, bike, or on foot. Situated across the street from each other, the East and West Buildings are connected via an underground concourse.

Five cafés offer a variety of full-service fine dining, cafeteria fare, and group dining options.
