Supradictus d. Io'es Maria Ferrerais sponte etc. in presentia mei etc. manualiter etc.
habuit, et recepit a supradicto d Antiveduto Gramatica presente
et exbursante scuta tresdecim monetae ad effectum obtinendi Con-
sensum respectu supradictae venditionis a proprietariis supradictae domus debi-
tum quae ad se in tot Iuliis, et testonibus argenteis traxit, et
de eis quietavit per pactum et ita tactis Iuravit super quibus etc.
Presentibus in offitio mei etc. d. Hieronimo de Carpis Romano et d.no Antonio
Martellino de Pescia testibus etc.
