  • The image displays a composition of rectangular shapes filled with rows of text, aligned in various directions across a triptych format. This abstract arrangement resembles a collage of cut-out newspaper or magazine clippings, interspersed with handwritten numbers and additional notes at the margins. Each rectangular strip contains lines of printed text, some emphasized with bold or highlighted sections, creating a sense of organized chaos similar to a mosaic wall.

  • Concentric cobalt-blue and canary-yellow rings forming a target alternate against a cherry-red background in this vertical screenprint. The innermost circle is blue and is followed by two yellow and two more blue rings. The top fifth of the print is divided into rectangles: hunter green on our left, tangerine orange in the middle, and purple on our right. There are drips throughout the composition, which is surrounded by a wide white margin. A pencil inscription under the left corner of the printed image reads, “25/70.” The artist signed and dated the lower right corner, "J J '74."

  • The image displays vertical red and off-white stripes interrupted by blue rectangles with white stars. The design of the flags seems loosely painted with brush strokes and textures conveying movement or depth. Bold colors and irregular edges mimic the American flag design with an abstract touch. Drips of paint at the bottom border enhance the abstract quality, akin to modern art.
