This print depicts two people sitting on a dirt mound next to a tree. On the right, a woman is seated, with one arm resting on the shoulder of a boy next to her on the left. Her other arm is bent with her hand resting on her chest. She has curly hair styled in an updo with a small, pointed tiara. Her face is turned downward, and her eyes appear closed. The woman is nude, apart from a draped cloth across her lap. The child is beside her on the left, looking towards her. He has one arm bent, holding a long arrow across his body with the point facing the woman. His other arm is extended out to the left, resting on the top of a bow. He is also nude. On the ground beside the bow appears to be a quiver filled with more arrows. The child has curly hair and a headband across his forehead. On the left, the background features a detailed group of buildings with pointed and domed roofs across a body of water. The sky above is mostly clear.
