The image is an etching showing a man from his chest upwards, in profile facing right. The man's facial features are detailed, including a strong nose and expressive eyes. His hair is wavy and flowing. He is depicted with a piece of cloth draped over his shoulder and holding another head with closed eyes and long hair. The background consists of fine cross-hatching lines, and the artist's inscription is at the bottom.
