Artist, American, 1874 - 1958

The image shows three figures gathered closely around a table or ledge. One figure in the center, possibly a child, has their face slightly obscured, looking downwards with voluminous hair. To the left is another child with similar hair, and to the right is an adult figure wearing a dark cloak or heavy garment, leaning in towards the others. All three are focused on a bowl on the table. The background is dark with textured patterns, and there is a jug on a shelf to the right. The print is a monochrome etching with detailed lines and shading.
