There are seven human figures in the foreground and five in the background. Two additional figures in the back right are barely visible. On the far left a nude figure faces forward. In the center two figures are standing side by side looking toward us. To the right two figures in darker clothing are standing next to each other with their attention directed to the front. Next to them is a dog facing the people in the center. In the bottom there is a small child in a white dress standing by herself facing forward. In the center is a rectangular box of a nude woman laying down in the bed with a pillow under her and a hat on her left side. Upon closer inspection, the box appears to be a painting or photograph of a nude woman.
