This is a drawing of a crucifixion scene. It depicts a central wooden cross with a figure crucified upon it, surrounded by onlookers. The crucified figure appears calm. In the lower left, several figures are kneeling in garments resembling Roman military attire. To the right, figures draped in robes appear sorrowful or contemplative, looking at the central figure. The background is lightly sketched, providing context to the gathering. The lines are finely etched, giving texture and contrast to the scene, capturing the moment in a detailed, illustrative style.
