This is a drawing of an ornamental cartouche with a ram's head at the top center. The cartouche is elaborately designed with scrolling and leafy elements extending outward from the central ram's head. On either side, there are clusters of foliage or floral designs. The border of the cartouche features curved lines and intricate details. The ram's head has exaggerated curled horns. At the bottom, there are more curling motifs completing the ornate appearance.
