The image shows several figures around a person reclining on a bed, visible from the chest up. The person on the bed is propped up by pillows and partially covered by a blanket, looking toward the other figures in the room. Around the bed, three more people are present, with one seated in a chair to the left and the others standing to the right. Above, in the upper left corner, there is a cloud-like formation with two smaller figures. The background includes architectural elements and a caption in Italian text at the bottom.
