The image depicts a view looking up through a cluster of trees with branches and foliage reaching skyward. The brushstrokes are swift and loose, conveying movement and form to the trees and leaves. The color palette is primarily different shades of brown, creating an earthy and monochromatic appearance. In the background, wispy clouds are suggested with light strokes against the pale surface of the page.
