The image shows a group of horsemen viewed from behind in a slightly elevated perspective. The horizon is placed high in the composition, adding depth. The artwork features meticulous etching with fine lines creating texture and details in the clothing and musculature of the horses. The color palette is limited to monochromatic tones of blacks, grays, and whites. Closest to us is a central rider on horseback, with several others positioned slightly lower in the distance. They are set against an expansive terrain and subtly clouded sky.
