The image depicts a view from an elevated perspective showing two large symmetrical buildings framing a central statue on a raised pedestal. The horizon is high, separating the sky from the urban landscape with various figures. Additional buildings and a cityscape are faintly visible at the horizon. The etching technique is used with detailed textures and shading. The color palette is monochromatic with variations of ink. Many small figures are present near us, engaging in different activities. The area around the statue is bustling with more activity, creating a sense of movement and interaction.
