The illustration features a surreal marine scene. Figures resembling mermaids or sea nymphs are arranged in a dance-like composition. The horizon is low with mythical creatures in the sea beyond. A large rock formation in the distance is surrounded by the sea, featuring swirling forms on top. Two figures on a cloud appear in the sky. The style is defined by precise brushstrokes. The color palette consists of sepia tones. Dense foliage frames the composition on both sides.
