The image portrays a man's upper body, featuring his chest and head. He faces slightly left with his head turned forward. The man has a beard, mustache, and wavy hair around his face. His eyes are looking upwards with a thoughtful expression, detailed with engraved lines. He wears a garment with a wide collar and a robe or cloak. His right hand is raised to his chest, fingers spread, while his left hand rests on a ledge in front of him, fingers slightly curved. Latin inscriptions surround the figure within a circular frame in the background, which is shaded with lines for texture. No jewelry or other objects are present.
