This drawing shows a landscape with tangled vegetation. Above the horizon, rolling clouds blend with distant hills. Beyond the bushes, ferns, vines, and branches closest to us is a flat body of water. On the opposite shore, to the left of center, is a structure resembling a domed pavilion with columns. On the shore near us, two people stand with their backs to us, looking across the water towards the pavilion. To the right, behind the trees, we can see a person walking behind a horse or donkey, and on the opposite shore four people walk near the pavilion, their silhouettes reflected in the water.
