This is a drawing of two figures in classical attire in an interior setting with draped curtains. The scene is set within a room where one figure appears to be pulling at the garment of another figure who is moving away. The backdrop is composed of richly draped curtains, and the floor and supporting structure add depth to the composition. The action between the figures is dynamic, with detailed attention to the flowing drapery and the figures' postures conveying movement and tension. In the background, there is a sculptural figure that adds to the classical atmosphere of the setting. The drawing is executed with fine lines and hatching to create shading and dimension.
