The image shows a landscape with various natural and architectural elements. In the foreground, there are people by a stream, with one figure crouched and others standing around. Further back, there is a shepherd with sheep in a pasture and a fenced enclosure with a small round-roofed building. In the background, there are mountains under a sky filled with dramatic clouds. To the left of center, there are ruins of a large, classical structure with greenery growing over the walls. The image is rendered in fine lines, creating intricate textures, and is monochromatic in shades of black and white.
