The sculpture depicts a standing male figure holding an object in his left hand with his right hand raised. The figure is mostly unclothed with a cloth covering his waist and an eagle nearby. The sculpture is made of a dark material, likely patinated bronze, giving it a brownish-black color with lighter highlights, possibly gold or brass. The base of the sculpture features two small figures on either side of a central face surrounded by decorative elements, including winged sea creatures or dragons.
