The image shows three individuals and a baby, all visible from the torso up, with the baby fully shown. The first figure, an older male, is positioned slightly behind the others, his head bowed and resting on his arms, with long hair and a beard visible. The second figure, a woman, is seated with her body turned towards the child, head slightly inclined with long hair falling behind her back. She is wearing draped garments with many folds. The third figure, a standing child, has curly, short hair and is lightly shading its eyes with one hand. The baby, seated on the ground, is depicted with a soft expression, looking upwards with its head and body angled slightly towards the woman. All figures are surrounded by drapery textures and folds. In the background, simple architectural elements suggest a stone structure, and the ground beneath them appears uneven and natural.
