His eyes are closed, and he has a prominent nose and furrowed brows. The man on the right faces slightly more towards the viewer, showcasing a full beard and mustache, with his eyes open. Both men wear simple clothing. In the background, there is another smaller person with arms slightly extended. The background features sketchy lines and shading, adding depth and texture to the scene.
