The image shows two men from the shoulders upward. The man on the left is shown in profile with a thick mustache and straight, dark hair. His eyes are closed, and he has a prominent nose and furrowed brows. The man on the right faces slightly more towards the viewer, showcasing a full beard and mustache, with his eyes open. Both men wear simple clothing. In the background, there is another smaller person with arms slightly extended.
